Enjoy a nice relaxing break with this beautiful newly refurbished bungalow, situated less than a minutes walk from the marina, you couldn't ask for a more perfectly placed holiday home. Ideal for couples or families, you'll find everything you need close by, lovely restaurants and bars, there is a local on site bar and restaurant with great food and a lovely view of the marina. Access to the on sight gym and swimming pool is also available for a small charge per person.

A bit of peace and quiet!

A lovey spot for some watching the sun go down and enjoying a stroll. Lots of pubs and restaurants wi try in walking distance and very helpful staff.

Lovely location for a young family

Despite a small mix up with the cleaners not having been booked in (and finding a rotting banana skin in the bedroom drawer even after the cleaners had been in!), the accommodation contains everything you need and is perfect for a family break. Could do with a more detailed information pack perhaps with some details of local attractions. It was really expensive to go swimming. (think we paid about £17 for 4 of us to use the pool for 45 minutes). But its a nice central location and a pleasant stroll to the local amenities.

Great location

Fantastic location for a family stay. Marina and water sports area 2 minutes away. Marina bar and restaurant next door and a large park and grassed area round the corner. Property has everything you need and is clean and well maintained.

Fab bungalow

We had a lovely Staycation at Broadlands Park Marina. The Bungalow was excellent and met all of our needs thanks to Wayne (the Owner) who responded swiftly if we had a query. We would definitely book again to visit our youngest Son in Lowestoft as very central to all attractions and amenities and the are is beautiful. Thanks greatly once aain Wayne. The Deakin Clan :-)

Lovely family break by the water

We spent 2 nights at a very peaceful Parklands in April. It was a fantastic base from where we spent time on the water (good value boat rental), at the beach in Pakefield and walking around Carlton Marshes bird watching. The chalet is fully equiped with everything we wanted and we appreciated the basket of treats. If we had any questions, Wayne responded super fast. The play area at the front of the chalet would be brilliant if you had younger children - you could see them from the window or bench on the veranda. Supermarkets are a 10 minute drive. If tech is important for you, the TVs were really good quality and WiFi faultless. Would definitely stay again.

I chose this property because of the feeling I got when I first viewed it, even though the whole bungalow was decorated in a very dated yellow and brown. Since then I have refurbished it, and added everything that I would like to have if I was staying here on holiday.
