Villa Fidelia is a cozy and welcoming villa in a quiet position, in the Apulian countryside, a short distance from the sea. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Fidelia you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the greenery. Villa Fidelia is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from Marina di Novaglie, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Guardiola beach) at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles). You will reach Villa Fidelia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Fidelia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool
The above-ground swimming pool is 3.5 meters (11 feet) large by 7.8 meters (25 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 1.1 meters (3.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof and by tall trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the swimming pool.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are bright and agreeable. The furnishings include a L-shaped sofa. There is a nice fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The room has four small windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
