PLEASE no high school seniors even with parent signing. Must be 30 years of age with proof via a picture of your driver's license.

Adorable and quaint one bedroom, one bath is the perfect getaway with all the bells and whistles. Read a good book in the sun room located off the living room. Outfitted with a futon, it becomes a bed for an extra guest or relax outside in the private court yard. Queen sleeper sofa in living room sleeps two. Beautiful grounds and outdoor pool. Within walking distance to the beach and to Northside Park, home of the Festival of Lights and summer sports. Located mid town (123rd Street), makes it so convenient to grocery, restaurant and shopping. The new owners have made this a very comfortable place to relax while on your vacation.

A 4% booking fee will be added to cover VRBO's credit card charge.
This is a non-smoking building.

Sheets and towels are provided for the one bedroom and two guests. Additional towels per guest would be $15.00 plus tax and linens for pull out sleeper sofa or futon may also be ordered and will be delivered to your door. Please let us know when booking should you desire these items. Please bag the used items in the same bag and leave by the front door at the end of your stay.

Welcome Packages including 1 paper towel, 2 toilet paper, one sponge, one dishwashing packet, 1 dishwashing liquid and 2 hand soaps are also included but will not be replenished during your stay.

Mini Week Rentals are Sunday to Thursday or Thursday to Sunday. Weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday or Thursday to Thursday.

After a day at the beach or pool, relax with a cool drink in the garden/atrium, stroll the world famous Ocean City boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park or spend the day at Assateaque Island watching the wild ponies.
Looking for things to do when not at the beach or pool? There are a multitude of restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. Parents and kids alike will enjoy Fish Tales on 21st Street or Macky's on 53rd, good food and fun for the kids. Alley Oops a restaurant, bar and amusement center for kids and adults alike. Two locations 55th and 131st. Just outside Ocean City is Frontier Town. This will take you back to the old west. Stop by the saloon for lunch and take in the gunfight at the OK Corral. A 10 minute drive from Ocean City will take you to Berlin, voted America's Coolest Small Town. Antique and specialty shops abound. Stop by the Atlantic Hotel. Built in the early 1900's and lovingly restored to it's original glory. Enjoy lunch or dinner or just sit on the front porch in a rocker and sip a nice cool drink while watching everyone stroll by.

Great location!

Great location, walked to many places, close to the park, 2 blocks to the beach! pool was great! The apartment didn’t have a dishwasher, I just assumed it would so that was a little disappointing. The refrigerator was not cold enough but we dealt with it. Was spacious enough for family of 4, kids slept on pullout bed. Sunroom and patio were nice. Bed was very uncomfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay near the beach

The place was clean. There was plenty of space for our family. The location was very good: only a few blocks away from the beach. We used a wagon to transport the kids and gear, which worked out really well for us. I loved having the option of using the pool or going to the beach. And being on the first floor was so convenient.

This one bedroom was a nice cozy condo for my wife,daughter,niece and I. Nice little back patio,parking was great , and pool was perfect. The address for the place advertised is actually wrong. It's actually 101 123rd st room 127. There's alot of places to stay busy close by. If boardwalk isn't really that important to ya you can really stay close and be able to do everything .
