In fact, crossing the road you will find yourself almost immediately on the main street, the seafront, where there is a succession of bars and cafes, well-stocked supermarkets, clothing shops and bazaars, the pharmacy and the summer medical centre, hairdressers and beauty salons, take-away pizzerias and piadinerias for a quick lunch, restaurants offering both traditional Emilia-Romagna dishes and new proposals based on the daily catch. In short, everything is conveniently within reach by walking! The beach establishments, as well as the centre, can be reached in a few moments and are equipped to make everyone's stay, from the youngest guest to the oldest, relaxing and carefree.
As guests of the ELENA apartment, you can enjoy the spectacular shared POOL, also served by a lifeguard, OPEN DURING JULY AND AUGUST, where you can cool off after a day spent on the beach basking in the sun!
The apartment DOES NOT HAVE PARKING SPACE but in the areas immediately adjacent to the structure it is easy to find free parking.

There are two large balconies and two spacious livable terraces. The first terrace has a table with 6 outdoor chairs, a fun ping-pong table, ideal for organizing "to the death" family challenges; the other terrace, the solarium, enjoys a wonderful panoramic sea view as well as dominating the entire center of Lido di Pomposa and has a wicker lounge, a wooden gazebo with table and benches for dining in absolute relaxation lulled by the breeze marina and a barbecue for your barbecues in the company of friends and relatives, perhaps sipping an excellent glass of local wine!
It is composed of a large eat-in kitchen complete with hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, television with integrated satellite TV, a real living room with a spacious sofa, a French sofa bed, a large television with integrated satellite TV and table football, two large bedrooms, one composed of a double bed with built-in wardrobe and an additional single bed and the other double bedroom with six-door wardrobe and dresser, a bathroom bathroom with sink, a chemical toilet, bidet and corner shower cubicle and the other complete one, which also includes a washing machine.

They have for years been considered the most beautiful 25 km of coastline on the renowned EMILIAN-ROMAGNA COAST, precisely for this reason both Italian and foreign families decide to spend their HOLIDAYS there every year.

The LIDO DI POMPOSA, the jewel in the crown of this area with "a thousand resources", is the Lido par excellence dedicated to families: its golden sandy beaches, always clean and tidy, are convenient for the water's edge; the seabed slopes gently, allowing children to "experience swimming" in total safety, also thanks to an attentive rescue service; finally, the modern bathing establishments offer, with their attentive service, pleasant hours of relaxation to guests who want to enjoy the warmth of the sun and moments of fun for children, thanks to the thousand organized play activities.

To guarantee you a safe and relaxing stay, we inform you that we have equipped all mattresses and pillows with white sanitized cotton linen and, above it, with disposable linen in soft non-woven fabric, over which you will have to roll out your staff.

CHECK-IN: from 3.00pm to 6.30pm.
CHECK OUT: from 9:00 to 10:00.

The price DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TOURIST TAX, to be paid exclusively in cash at check-in, equal to €0.30 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.

At the time of CHECK-IN a security deposit of €200.00 is required to be paid exclusively in cash, which will be returned to you, net of damages, at the time of CHECK-OUT.

FINAL CLEANING: is the responsibility of the tenant and IS MANDATORY upon returning the apartment on the morning of departure. It involves: tidying up the house, its perfect cleaning which includes the removal of any food remains, the elimination of waste, the cleaning of the cutlery and plates used, and of the kitchen utensils. If this cleaning is not carried out correctly or is carried out partially, a penalty equal to the cost of €150.00 will be applied.

We rent exclusively to adults: minors are admitted only if accompanied by parents or adults with a written authorization signed by their parents, also attaching their identity document.

Pets are allowed, subject to authorization and with an additional cleaning cost of €50.00 to be paid in cash and on site at check-in.
