About this property

Welcome to one of the most unique properties on 30A!

Inspired by Nature is located in Cassine Gardens in Seagrove Beach, FL. Seagrove Beach is approximately one mile from Seaside and only a few miles from Grayton, Rosemary and Seacrest Beaches.

THE BEACHES - Our property is a 4-minute walk from the One Seagrove public beach which has a second public beach adjacent to it for extra space during peak season. There are also six other beach accesses within one mile including the Dothan access which is at the start of one of the largest 30A public beaches. It is 3/4 mile long. You can bike to this access within 5-6 minutes. Most of the accesses include bike racks, and in some cases, parking. We are also a short drive from several state parks with additional beaches and more.

Cassine is a great location, especially for families. It's situated in a cypress grove along a state forest so it's very peaceful. In addition to the beautiful beach, the property offers miles of nature, fitness and biking trails, two pools, two tennis courts, a private lake with a gazebo for picnics and a basketball hoop. The lake is stocked so kids can fish in the lake as well.

Our townhome is a spacious (1,200 sqft) two-story end unit with 2BR and 2.5 BA that sleeps up to eight. The property was remodeled in 2018. The townhome offers a fully furnished kitchen and a secluded deck off the living room. The master has a king bed, private bath and private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a bunk bed and a private balcony. The bunk is a double futon bunk that sleeps 2 on the bottom and one on top. There is also a new, queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have fans. There are flat screen TVs in each of the bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances.

We provide complimentary beach equipment, discounted bike rentals through local bike shops and an initial supply of paper and soap products with this property.

We own two properties in Cassine. They are approximately 150 yards from one another. The other is Poolside Serentiy (VRBO #802171). Please let us know if you are interested in renting both properties for large parties. We take pride in our guests’ experiences and hope you chose to stay with us at one of our properties.

Great location

The location was great. Easy walk to the beach and pool. There was plenty of room in the condo. The host was quick in their response to questions. We will be back for sure.

Cassine is great spot in the heart of 30A

Just returned home from a week at Seagrove Beach and Cassine Gardens. This is a great spot for a family vacation in the heart of 30A. This property is well appointed with everything needed to enjoy the beach, including a wagon and several beach toys in the front closet. My sons loved the proximity to the nature trail and beach. We all appreciated the comfy beds. It’s an easy 5 min walk to the public access point. We got unlucky with a lot of rain last week, but the Roku enabled smart tv helped pass the time.

Wonderful week

The property was updated, clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach equipment was a nice bonus. The location was perfect. I received instant response to my questions. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again next year.

Relaxing Spot

The unit offers a quiet, partially wooded respite off the beach, yet guests have easy access to the surf and sand. In addition, the manager and owner try their best to ensure the comfort of guests.

My wife Anne and our son, Quinton, purchased Inspired by Nature in 1997. We have come to love Seagrove Beach and Cassine Gardens so much that we purchased a second townhome in Cassine in 2016. Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Seagrove Beach, especially Cassine Gardens. Seagrove was laid back and intent on not becoming commercialized like Destin or Panama City. The beaches were also incredible. The sand is powdery white and the water is an incredible emerald color almost year round. That's probably why the Gulf Coast is regularly included in the Beaches of the Year awards. As for Cassine, it offered a unique beach / serene nature setting. The homes and townhomes are spread throughout a cypress grove so the area is quiet and peaceful. We knew after visiting Seagrove that we had found our second home!

What makes this property unique

Cassine is the most unique property on 30A and families love it! The property is a short 4-5 minute walk from the closest beach access. There are also 8 other beach accesses within a mile if you want to explore. The property also offers two pools, two tennis courts, a stocked late that kids can fish, miles of nature and fitness trails and a basketball hoop. We also offer complimentary beach equipment and discounted bikes through local bike shops.
