This unit is exactly as shown in the photos. There are two 2-bedroom units that share the enclosed courtyard and pool, however Norberto only rents one at a time so it is very private.
Google maps, taxi’s and Uber will take you to the wrong property as there are two properties on this street with the same number. You just need to go one block further and across the cross street to get to the right one. It is comfortable and clean and has all the basic supplies. The pool is cleaned 3 times a week.
There is a small corner store across the street with all basics, bread, eggs, milk, coffee, beer, juices, snacks. It even has some fresh fruits and veggies. The Chedraui grocery chain is about a 15 min. walk. There is a Santander bank about a 5min. walk. It had the lowest ATM rates (about $35 mxn) that we paid in Bucerias or Puerto Vallarta. The beach is about a 10 min. walk and the main plaza (and multiple vendor stalls is about a 20 min. walk.
Taxi’s and Uber’s were readily available anytime we needed them. There is a bus stop across the highway from the Santander bank with buses to PV about every 15 min. ($15 mxn to Walmart and $20 mxn to PV). There is an abundance of restaurants within a maximum of 20 min. walking distance. Everything from a local street vendor to a couple of places with full 5 course menus.
We spent 20 day’s here in November 2022. Norberto was very responsive to any issues or questions we had. We would definitely return.
