The lovely holiday apartment on the third floor is located in the historical center of Riva del Garda and overlooks the Bastione castle. It is barely 250 meters from the lake. This lake town is known for its picturesque setting and cultural attractions. A walk along the promenade tops the list of things to do in the town. One can also bike to the next town i.e. Torbole. It is also possible to swim in the lake especially during the morning time. Boating, sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing are some of the popular activities that travelers usually enjoy here.

For those who love an active holiday, Monte Brione offers a good and easy hiking trail through various fortifications once constructed to keep the region safe.

From its narrow alley lined with shops and cafes to Rocca (4 minutes’ walk)- a medieval castle with a museum, the ruins of Bastione and Torre Apponale (2 minutes)-a 16th century stone tower, there are many historical and cultural sites to acquaint oneself with the history of the town. For day trips, it is highly recommended to visit other lake towns on a boat trip. Foodies should make sure to enjoy lakeside aperitivo and the town’s traditional cuisine which is influenced by local Garda, Italian and German flavours.

Exceptional

Right in the heart of town. Such a good location,easy walk to everything. The town is beautiful,more than my expectations. The unit was exactly as described and even larger than I thought. Communication with the property manager was exceptional, friendly and very helpful. No hesitation in recommending this property. Only wish we had booked longer.

Sfeervol appartement in de stad

Net naast de grote winkelstraat en op loopafstand van het strand een ontzettend sfeervol appartement in een zijstraatje. Op de hoek een geweldig koffietentje en weg van de massa. Fijne keuken, heel goed bed en verder alles wat je nodig hebt. Brandschoon. Buiten was het 34 graden en er is geen airco, wel grote ventilatoren aan het plafond die enigszins verkoelen. We komen graag nog eens!

Schöne Zeit in Riva

Wie hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in Riva und in unserem Apartment. Bilder und Realität sind eins. Die Lage des Apartments ist super schön und zentral in der historischen Stadtteil. Zu Fuß ist vieles erreichbar, einkaufen oder eines der zahlreichen Restaurants sind gut zu erreichen. Immer wieder gern.
