About this property

A quintessential Caribbean villa on a hillside location in Paradise View on the North West corner of the island. One of just a handful of private homes in a quiet residential lane, Pelican Rise is perfectly situated close to all the essentials for a carefree holiday.

Pelican Rise has specular views westward over the Caribbean Sea. It is five minutes’ drive to the trio of golden-sanded beaches at Dickenson, Buccaneer and Runaway Bays; and the many nearby beachfront restaurants and bars include Salt Plage, home of the world’s best pina coladas.

It is a short distance from two large supermarkets and several small shopping centres.

Pelican Rise is surrounded by a mature tropical garden and has a private driveway with remote controlled main gates.

The villa offers plenty of comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a fully-equipped and well-proportioned kitchen, and a small utility space with clothes washer and dryer. There are impressive veranda areas that wrap around three sides of the villa and offer plenty of room for dining and relaxing. The sundeck and swimming pool area are ideally placed for you to enjoy exceptional sunsets whilst enjoying a traditional sun-downer.

Pelican Rise is considered unsuitable for children under 7 years of age, or those with dislikes or allergies to geckos or cats. Please note that Pelican Rise is approached from the driveway via steps (two down, one up) and that wheelchair users and those with mobility issues may have difficulty navigating these. Guests are respectfully asked not to use P20 sunscreen or its equivalent, as it leaves permanent stains on bedding, towels and furniture. P20 stains are very distinctive and guests will be charged for replacing anything damaged by it.

Easter break

Excellent villa in a great location. We had a very relaxing 2 weeks. The pool is a definite highlight. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Well appointed Villa

Very comfortable villa. Extremely clean and very well appointed. Beautiful veranda and deck area. We had a couple of problems during our stay but these were dealt with promptly. The property manager Jenny was very helpful and friendly and always available if needed. Two supermarkets nearby, (5-7 mins by car). Car essential (4x4) as facilities not really in walking distance and essential to explore the island. Be prepared for very poor quality roads with mega potholes and frequent speed bumps!! 40 mph speed limit in operation which is just as well. We very much enjoyed staying in this great villa.

Excellent Holiday

A lovely property with stunning views. Support from the management team for help with all requirements during our stay was second to none. Only issue was access to villa from the road and driveway but is the price you pay for those views.
