About this property

This modern villa has everything you might need for your dream holiday. In the lower level of the house, you will find a playroom where you can play billiards, table tennis and football. Right next to it is a single beds bedroom, which might become your teenager's favourite, being close to the games along with a separate pool exist leading to a trampoline in the garden!

On the ground floor, there are another four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. Finnish sauna with a pool exists is a perfect corner to relax your body and mind. On the 1st floor connected by the internal staircase, there are two air-conditioned master rooms, a living room, a kitchen and a dining room with an exit to a beautiful balcony with sea views.
There is administration fee 350 EUR and tourist tax due upon arrival.

Amazing friends' retreat

Our group of friends had an amazing time here. The villa's design is both stylish and functional, providing ample space for relaxation and fun. We particularly enjoyed the evenings by the pool and the well-equipped kitchen for our group dinners. Highly recommended for large groups seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Large family gathering

Spending a week here with our extended family was a delightful experience. The spacious layout allowed everyone to have their own space, yet the communal areas were perfect for our gatherings. The kids were thrilled with the pool and the game room, especially the ping-pong table. Evenings on the terrace, sharing stories and laughter, made our stay truly special. It's a place where memories are made.

Stunning villa

Beautiful, luxurious, well equipped villa. Fantastic pool, plenty of room around the pool, great games room, lovely sauna, just an amazing place. Easy to get to Pula, Farzana, Rovinj and major roads to get to other parts of Istria

Lovely villa with some minor issues.

Large villa with 6 double bedrooms. A few minor irritations. Only 5 mismatched wine glasses was annoying. No plastic cups to use at the pool apart from children's. There would be a lack of sun loungers if we had booked for 12. The need to supply a 1000 euro cash deposit seems very outdated especially if coming from the UK. Found the checking in and out process uncomfortable. The villa needs more written information for guests and general information about the area.

Odmor s prijateljima u ovoj kući bio je pun pogodak

Prostrane sobe, veliki dnevni boravak i terasa savršeni su za zajednička druženja. Posebno smo uživali u večernjim roštiljima i opuštanju uz bazen. Sve je bilo čisto i uredno, a atmosfera opuštena. Definitivno mjesto na koje bismo se vratili.

Unser Familienurlaub in dieser Villa war einfach fantastisch

Die großzügige Raumaufteilung ermöglichte es jedem, sich wohlzufühlen. Die Kinder waren begeistert vom Pool und dem Spielzimmer mit Tischtennis. Abends genossen wir gemeinsame Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick. Ein Ort, an dem man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt.

Istrien - sehenswert

Das Haus ist wie auf der Beschreibung geschildert und alles entspricht auch den Bildern. In Wirklichkeit war alles noch sehr schoener und wir waren sehr zufrieden, das wir den Urlaub auch so geniessen konnten, wie wir uns es vorgestellt hatten. Alles war problemlos, auch wegen Covid haben wir uns hier nicht eingeschraenkt gefuehlt. Privatsphare hat man genug, schoene Staedte haben wir besichtigt und Nationalpark Brijuni ist auch nicht weitentfernt.
