An excellent place to stay!
This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here, and I'm quite sure it won't be the last. Fantastic accommodation and ideally situated for access to the surrounding countryside and historic market towns and villages. Very, very highly recommended.

An relaxing week spent in comfort
I stayed at Hayloft for a week, as a location it is well suited for a quiet getaway. Long Melford is just a short drive away and has lots of pubs and restaurants to visit on an evening. My daughter stayed with me for a few nights and loved seeing the Peacocks each morning. I would thoroughly recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing vacation.

A beautiful apartment
A very enjoyable stay, beautiful decor everything we needed with family renting the other cottages. It was good to use the interconnecting door with The Stables. Beautiful estate. A very enjoyable stay.

Highly recommend
We (couple in our sixties) stayed here for a week in May 2023. We have stayed in many self catering accommodation properties and this [along with the stables downstairs] rates as one of the very best. The Hayloft manages to be both cosy and spacious at the same time. The sofa is properly comfortable. The bed is properly big and comfortable. Kitchen well appointed. Quality of fittings high. Shower does tend to fling water all over the place and the Wifi is poor in the bedroom, but these things small fry compared to the pleasure of being there. Parking very easy. Hosts very hospitable without being overbearing.
