About this property

Our flat is located in an ideal area for those who love the beach and tranquillity. A few meters from the sea, newly renovated and fully equipped for you to enjoy a great stay.

It has 1 bedroom with a double bed and total capacity for 2 people. It is very cosy, with a very pleasant terrace. It is located in a complex with a swimming pool surrounded by plants and an enveloping atmosphere. At the back of the complex you will have direct access to the sea and views of Isla de Lobos.

The accommodation is equipped with the following things: 15 m² terrace, iron, internet (wifi), hair dryer, communal swimming pool, open-air car parking in a nearby building.

In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils/cooking utensils and coffee machine are provided.

Bed linen can be changed on request for an extra charge.

A total disaster; WE had to move out.

We had to check out 10/03/2023, as you were just not supporting us in the apartment for facilities as advertised. You had no interest in delivering a TV that worked. There was no air-conditioning and bearing in mind the apartment was chosen because it had a swimming pool which turned out to be a total optical illusion, the photograph of the advertise swimming pool which was totally misleading and not even large enough for a small child and consequence we had no alternative but to check out. We look forward to receiving your credit payment. No refund of returned deposit received. Regards Philippa and Douglas

Mmm

Well, water was not on when we arrived! Got in touch with homeforguest.com and they said water in the area had been turned off. However when knocking on doors it was only our apartment! Long story short water was on the following morning after putting a post on a fuertaventura facebook group!! Homeforguest.com said that they would compensate us for the first night. First night was 16th May 2023 now 11th June still not received!! Very disappointed!
