Very disappointing communication
The apartment itself was quite nice, but given that it can sleep 4 people we were surprised that there was only one cup, one red wine glass, no kettle and the smart tv didn’t have the correct handset to control it. Outside there was a patio table and chair set, but only 3 chairs.
Our main gripe though is with the management company who were awful to say the least. I had to chase them up about collecting the keys to gain access to the complex and apartment and I was told that I would be contacted by the local rep the day before arrival. By 17.00 on said day I had received no contact. Getting worried I contacted the rep, who told me to meet her at the petrol station outside the airport complex, which I refused. I was then given her address and told that I could collect my keys on my way to the apartment! Again I refused and eventually it was agreed that she would leave the keys with friends of ours who were already staying in the complex.
On our departure day, again there was no contact and so and I had to text the rep and told her we would leave the keys in the apartment. The answer was okay thanks.
If I could leave zero stars for customer relations I would. And we will not be returning.
