comfortable, has a
lounge area with sofa bed, and is furnished with a loft double bed, an office area with a study area and access to a private terrace complete with a
table and two chairs: for breakfast, lunch or simply for a moment of relaxation in the open air. Two-door wardrobe, large mirror and wooden chest of drawers complete the furnishings of the room.
The room,
also available for double use FOR COUPLES, is equipped for ready use: from sheets to crockery, from textiles to bathroom accessories and the main appliances in the kitchen and common areas.
The apartment, recently renovated and furnished in a
modern style, consists of 8 rooms and 3 bathrooms as well as a living room, kitchen and a large private terrace. The apartment is located in the central Via Salaria, in front of the splendid Villa Ada, one of the largest and most beautiful villas in Rome.
About 10 minutes from metro B1 – S. Agnese/Annibaliano, in a residential area but complete with all services (buses, supermarkets, banks, post office, local market, multiplex cinema, characteristic clubs and pubs).
