Art Villa 2, a member of Mykonos Art Villas family, is a 230m2 traditional residence containing original art paintings in all rooms and lounges.
It is located in the west part of the island, at Pouli (Ornos), overlooking magnificent views of the Aegean Sea, breathtaking sunsets, Chora (Mykonos town,) and 7 surrounding islands (Delos, Syros, Tinos, etc.).
The villa is comprised of 2 living rooms, 4 double bedrooms (2 en suite), 1 of which has a separate closets room, 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dinning room, many outdoor sitting areas, a BBQ and a big infinity swimming pool.
Of the 4 bedrooms, 3 are located at the pool level floor and 1 on the 1st floor.
The villa sleeps 8 people in the 4 bedrooms, but using the sofa-beds of the living rooms, 5 more people could be accommodated. Therefore, the theoretical total number of persons accommodated is 13.
The combination of the tradition, original paintings, breathtaking views and sunsets, many outdoor terraces, with a big infinity swimming pool, makes the Art Villa 2 an ideal option for your holidays at Mykonos.

Girls holiday

Excellent manager.Katerina. Always there for us daily. Bottled water delivered when asked and also took us to the supermarket on arrival. Towels galore. Villa a little tired. But fabulous views. A bit remote as far as facilities nearby. But Mykonos only 10 min taxi ride away

We enjoyed our stay and the host Katerina was very accommodating! She was always available to answer questions and provided us with everything we needed. The view was awesome and the pool was nice. Thanks again!

I am also the owner of Mykonos Actor's Villas, which is also a new hospitality concept on the island of Mykonos, that combines luxury vacations and possible "acting lessons".
Mykonos Art Villas & Mykonos Actor's Villas are subsidiaries of A&K Constructions, which is a construction company based in Glyfada, Athens Greece.

Why they chose this property

The Art Villa 2 is a concept villa, in which we present abstract modern art, which is one of its most important elements or characteristics.
The Villa is located in the west part of the island, near Mykonos Town (also known as Chora) and Ornos.
The main advantages of this location are that:
a) It is close to the city of Mykonos, only 4.5 km away (around 10 minutes), where most of the night action is. The Airport is also only 6 km away (13 minutes).
b) It is close to Ornos, only 1.5 km away, where one of the best beaches and some of the best beach bars of the island are located (Kuzina and Pasaji). In Ornos, there are also supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, etc.
c) Due to its west orientation, you will be able to enjoy the magnificent sunsets of the Aegean Sea, just in front of the villa.
