Our sea view villa Estema is a very bright 2-storey house directly on the beach, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, cozy living room with integrated dining room, satellite TV, WiFi internet, heating, fully equipped kitchen, covered and furnished terrace, large pool area (7m x 4m) with sun loungers and sea views, barbecue, parking, in Cala D'or, Mallorca

The holiday home is very close to the beaches of Cala es Forti, Cala Egos, Cala d'Or, Cala Gran Beach and Cala Mondrago. The Eroski supermarket and several restaurants such as the Rustic restaurant and the La Nassa restaurant are only a few kilometers away. The next place is Cala d'Or.

Potenial zur Traumfinca

Die Finca hat eine absolute Traumlage. 900m zum nächsten Supermarkt. 950 m zur Bushaltestelle. Die Aussicht ist sensationell. Manko ist tatsächlich, dass das Mobiliar verwohnt ist. Teller, Gläser sind für 8 Leute kein Problem. Bei 10 wird es schwierig. Der Tisch auf der Terasse ist für 6 leute kalkuliert.8 Personen ist sehr kuschelig. Was wir schade fanden das es keinen funktionierenden Sonnenschirm gab. Das sollte dringend geändert werden. Alles in allem müsste man etwas renovieren in der Finca und dann ist es wirklich ein Traum. Der Ablauf mit 5Starhome war super. Kimberly ist via Chat auf alle Fragen oder Wünsche eingegangenen. Vielen dank dafür.

Nice villa - shame about weather

Good location for nice walk into Cala Egos & further on into Cala D'or. Villa could do with a little updating i.e chairs/sofa and loungers. Fully equipped kitchen, good size bedrooms for 7 of us & enough bathrooms. Pool was cold but then so was weather! Excellent value for money.
