On The Beach is superb modern detached house situated right on the seafront in the pretty fishing village of Balintore This stunning architect-designed house will appeal to families and groups wishing to enjoy the ultimate beach holiday. The main living room, is on the first floor. It has its own balcony, maximising the stunning panoramic views across the sea and along the sandy beach. There are four generously proportioned bedrooms ( three en suite with a separate family bathroom). The spacious master bedroom also has a dressing room. The downstairs kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with all modern appliances. Separate dining room.
Balintore and the adjoining seaside village of Shandwick are completely unspoilt and provide idyllic seaside holidays without the crowds. Dolphins, seals, porpoises and a wide variety of seabirds are seen in the locality. The village has a local store, pub, café and restaurant, all within a short walk from the property. Further facilities are available in the nearby town of Tain.

The property looks right on to the beach with lovely big windows. Very clean with everything we needed. Super cosy as well. We had a brilliant stay

Beautiful holiday location.

AS a family we paid a little more to stay here, it was worth every penny. The house was spotless on arrival and beautifully thought through. Our sons loved their own rooms with en-Suite, the house was well resourced, we liked the provision of toiletries in all bathrooms as well. Great social space both downstairs and upstairs and the view was stunning. We wanted to take the house home with us, it was fantastic. Met the owners and the in-laws who were very welcoming and made sure we were happy. It was a lovely fortnight holiday, we are looking forward to returning before too long!

A lovely house in a perfect location

Our second visit to On the Beach, and definitely not our last. We all loved our week in Balintore - the weather was a bit mixed but there was plenty of dry weather for the children to enjoy the beach, building sand castles and flying their kite. The house is ideal for a family, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, plenty of space, and of course those amazing views of the waves rolling onto the beach. We really appreciated the new downstairs television, and the stairgate was extremely useful too. We can't wait to go back.

Second Visit....

We loved our second visit to 'On the Beach' and were blessed with kind weather (again) for the time of year! The property is beautifully presented, in a fantastic location and we hope to visit again next year.
