There is also a kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room with woodburning stove and a snug. To the outside is a garden patio with furniture and parking can be found in the immediate area. Knill House offers a charming base for exploring St Ives and Cornwall, whatever time of year.

AGA cooker (not available during the summer, supplementary charge of £75 per week in winter if requested), induction hob and combi microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Starter pack of fuel for woodburning stove. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. XBox, board games and books. On-street parking. Enclosed patio garden with furniture, fire pit and pond. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at £25 per dog, per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.7 miles. Note: There is no conventional oven; a hob and large combi microwave oven/grill are the available cooking appliances (and the AGA in winter months, chargeable as an optional extra). Note: There is no parking at the property, however it can usually be found in the immediate area. Note: The pond in the garden is secured with a grill, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Care should be taken on the uneven garden path.
