Knill House offers a charming base for exploring St Ives and Cornwall, whatever time of year.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Starter pack of fuel for woodburning stove. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. XBox, board games and books. On-street parking. Enclosed patio garden with furniture, fire pit and pond. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at £25 per dog, per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.7 miles. Note: There is no conventional oven; a hob and large combi microwave oven/grill are the available cooking appliances (and the AGA in winter months, chargeable as an optional extra). Note: There is no parking at the property, however it can usually be found in the immediate area. Note: The pond in the garden is secured with a grill, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Care should be taken on the uneven garden path. Note: The AGA is turned off during the summer, it is available as an optional extra in winter months only for a charge of £75 per week (payable directly to owner).

Venture along the South West Coast Path to the serene Carbis Bay, or head west to head further into the Penwith Heritage Coast.
