Casa Graziella

Small, detached holiday home in the heart of Malcesine, close to the cable car, the lake and the center. Casa Graziella is a detached house with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, a lake view terrace and a BBQ area. The house is located directly on a path that leads through olive groves to the beach in about 800 meters. It is a quiet side street, but you are quickly in the center and all the sights of the place.

On the ground floor you will find an eat-in kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, oven and stove, as well as a refrigerator and microwave. There is a double room with a complete bathroom, satellite TV and AC on the ground floor.

You reach the upper floor via a spiral staircase. There is a door here so that the two sleeping areas can be kept completely separate, another bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and a bedroom with double bed, lake view, terrace access and closet.

There are several terraces outside, all with sun protection. Via an outside staircase you can reach the pergola on the ground floor from the upper terrace by the bedroom, in which there is a beautiful, shaded dining area that invites you to relaxed barbecues. The stone grill with sink is functional and available to you during your stay.

You can park in the driveway of the property (max. 2 cars). The property is completely fenced in and borders an olive grove at the top.

This was a great location - an easy walk to town, the lake, the grocery store. This town is the loveliest on the Lake and not over-run with other tourists. We were there in October and the weather was perfect and the tourist crowds had thinned. The house was quiet, tidy and clean and has wonderful outdoor spaces for sitting and eating. We were already aware of the bedroom set-up with a spiral staircase between the two - this didn't bother us but do know that you can hear a lot, but if the door is closed above this helps. We had initial issues on arrival which were entirely my fault due to phone problems and user error on my part - the communication and response time was excellent and they also followed up later and were very responsive. Thank you for a great stay - we would stay here again. perfect spot on the Lake.

The house is completely misrepresented there is a serious rat issue in the rafters. They make so much noise scrathing at night. Mercifully no rat droppings in the house, but hard to sleep.There is no indoor living area only a kitchen with a table. Outoor table but again, rats so not great to be at.Yes, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. However, the upstairs bedroom is only a accessible via the outdoor stair case or by walking through the downstairs bedroom. The upstairs bathroom can be accessed by opening a door that is at thetop.of the tiny staircase to the downstairs bedroom. The views are magnificent.

Bare Bones Property with ZERO support from rental company

Here are pros and cons of this property. Pros of this property1.The close proximity to the downtown area of Malcesine. Beautiful view of Lake Garda. Cons of this property1. The apartment guide for this property was completely outdated. Nothing was accurate. We therefore could not work the heating and cooling system no matter how we tried. As a result we were never comfortable especially when sleeping. 2.There is NO support from My Garda Holiday staff. When you call the number given it is a recording instructing you to email them with your problems. We did this 6 times and never had any response or assistance for our heating and cooling needs. 3.There is not one comfortable place to sit in the entire unit. There is a kitchen table with 4 hard chairs. Outisde there is a picnic table with benches. Upstairs with plastic chairs were ok. No cushions. 4.The spiral staircase is an accident waiting to happen. This is not a safe property for children. 5.You can hear EVERYTHING that is happening in the 2nd floor bedroom and bathroom so bring your ear plugs. 6.It is not a quiet neighborhood. Most neighbors have 1-2 dogs which bark every time a person walks past which is frequent.7.Very few supplies. Bring your own trash bag liner, TP, paper towels, kitchen towels, wash cloths etc.We have rented from VRBO for 12 years. Private owners take such good care of their property and work very hard to solve any issues. This was not the case with this company

Top Lage und schönes Haus

Das Haus liegt 5-10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Malcesine entfernt. Der Check-in lief super unkompliziert ab, sowie auch der Check-out. Das Haus ansich, war super sauber und für uns mit Hunden perfekt, da alles eingezäunt war und die Hunde im Garten laufen konnten, ohne aufpassen zu müssen. Das Highlight für uns war der Balkon, von dem aus man den Gardasee sehen konnte und entspannt abends ein Glas wein mit Blick auf den See genießen konnte.

sehr gute Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortszentrums Malcesine in sehr guter ruhiger Lage mit schönem Blick auf den See. Die Seilbahnstation zum Monte Baldo ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt, der Hafen von Malcesine ca. 15 Minuten. Das Auto kann in der Einfahrt stehen bleiben.
