Daphne's Studio has a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, sink, hob and oven with microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is a comfortable sitting area with a sofa and coffee table, a dining table with stools, and twin single beds sitting side by side to create a super-king size bed. The open-plan living area has a television and french doors which can be opened to connect the space to the pretty south facing gardens. A well-appointed shower room with wash basin and WC completes the accommodation.

Outside the studio is a patio seating area with colourful garden furniture facing a lawned garden which is shared with The Lodge, there is also an arbour seat where you can relax and watch the resident chickens or say hello to the friendly family dog, who likes to visit from time to time!

Situated on the outskirts of the popular village of Tolpuddle, famous for The Martyrs; and close to nearby Athelhampton House and Gardens, Daphne's Studio sits within the grounds of The Lodge. Surrounded by pretty countryside with opportunities for rural walks all around, you are well situated for trips to the beaches of Ringstead and Weymouth, or iconic Lulworth Cover and Durdle Door. The county town of Dorchester with its museums, shops, restaurants and cafes, and Roman Townhouse is just a 10 minute drive away.

There is a gated entrance into the property, part of which is shared with the neighbouring house and an allocated parking area, with a path taking you around to the studio.
To the front is a shared lawned garden with patio area, and a bench, table and chairs, and an arbour.
Parking for one car on a gravelled drive.
