Villetta Ada is a beautiful holiday home for 6 guests
that is only 400 meters away from the most famous and beautiful beach of
Porto Cesareo, one of the most loved tourist destinations thanks to its
sea and beaches. The holiday home is basic but functional, equipped
with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine,  internet wi-fi, iron and ironing board, barbecue, electric oven, microwave oven, hair-dryer, tv, ceiling fans, mosquito nets and parking area, fireplace and outdoor shower. Pets are allowed.

The holiday home is introduced by a lovely garden which entirely frames it and it is accessible from two gates. The holiday home has a furnished porch with rocking chair and seating area, barbecue and outdoor dining area.
It is furnished with basic elements which make it cozy and relaxing. In the living room there are a seating area with fireplace, dining area, air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms:
a double bedroom, a triple bedroom with bunk bed and pull-out bed and a single bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Moreover, there is
another bathroom with shower. In the garden at the back of the villa
there is the laundry area with washing machine, sink and outdoor shower.

Ada is in a residential area which is quieter than the more central
areas of Porto Cesareo, on the seafront street that takes to Torre
Lapillo. It`s 400 meters away from the beaches Bacino Grande and Tabù.
Porto
Cesareo is 3 kilometers away. Moreover, the villa is near the beaches
of Torre Lapillo, which are 2 kilometers away and near the Hotel Club
Azzurro, with its café, restaurant and access to the swimming pool
subject to the activation of a card.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 70 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
- The ensuite bathroom is a half bath without shower.
