Gaia is a refined, modern and cozy villa on two floors, framed by a
large garden. The electric gate opens into the driveway in the pine
forest, that arrives at the parking area.
At the back of the villa there is the beautiful swimming pool surrounded by the furnished solarium
with beach beds and umbrellas. There are several equipped areas in the
garden such as the hammocks under the trees, and porches with wooden
coverings that guarantee shadow even during the hottest hours of the
day.
The rooms are airy and bright, furnished with design
elements. The sleeping area consists of an open space with seating area,
tv and dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette and the balcony with
view on the swimming pool.
On the raised ground floor there are 3 bright and spacious double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, tv, air conditioning and mini-bar.

Gaia is in Castromediano, a small town near Lecce. The baroque city
centre of the most important town in Salento is less than 5 kilometers
away. The closest beaches are in San Cataldo, on the Adriatic coast, 15
kilometers away and in Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo, 30 kilometers
away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Mandatory towels fee: euro 25 per person per week to pay upon arrival.
- Pool available from June to September.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Jacuzzi in the basement floor is available only when the pool is closed (from November to April)
