The apartment is situated on the third floor of a small typical Bolognese building without the lift, in a quiet street. It will not feel like being in the city because of the green area surrounding the building, but it is a strategic location for those who are travelling a lot because of work. The apartment opens to a large living room with a double sofa bed and an armchair bed, while proceeding there is an independent eat-in kitchen, well-equipped and coming also with an oven, a coffee machine and a dining table with chairs.
The bedroom, large and bright, is furnished with a queen size bed, a spacious wardrobe and an armchair. A full bathroom with shower completes the apartment.
At guests’ disposal there are comforts such as free Wi-Fi and heating.
Guests will also have access to a free private parking lot.

Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city centre there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.

Less than 5 minutes walking distance there is the bus stop “Bottego” that allows guests to reach the station in 10 minutes, while the airport is reachable with a 10-minutes drive.
