Here you can cook a delicious meal in your spacious kitchen, enjoy amazing views of the sea and the city from the cosy terrace, and sleep soundly in one of the stylish bedrooms. The apartment is professionally cleaned and suitable for a short- or long-term stay. Essentials, linens, towels, TV, and WiFi are provided.

The modern white kitchen is fully equipped and has all the amenities you need, including a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Inside, there is a dining table with 4 chairs, and the glass door leads to the terrace that also has dining facilities.

There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment—2 rooms with double beds and 1 room with 2 single beds. Each of the bedrooms has a dedicated workplace. Both bathrooms have a shower, and bathroom essentials, linens, and towels are provided.

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets

- Dispose of rubbish appropriately

- Keep the property clean and tidy

- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected

- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building

- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space

- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.



**Please note that due to local government law, guests are obligated to pay a city tax. This city tax varies between cities, and it is not included in the accommodation fare and cleaning fee. Please let us know if you have any questions.

ALTIDO’s place is located in Genoa just a 2-hour drive away from Milan.



Genoa is one of the main Italian port cities and the capital of Liguria. The city is a part of the Italian Riviera which attracts travellers from all over the world. The apartment is located in the quiet Pegli area in the west of Genoa, a 15-minute walk away from the seaside and the beach. Pegli is known for its public parks and aristocratic villas. The 17th century Villa Durazzo-Pallavicini, which is surrounded by a beautiful park, is just a short trip away by bus or by car. You can also get there on foot if you enjoy long walks, and it will take about 25 minutes. The bus will bring you to the centre of Genoa in an hour.



Getting around

The property is located a 2-hour drive from Milan and a 20-minute drive from the centre of Genoa.



The Genova Pegli train station is a 10-minute bus ride from the apartment, and the 190 bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the property.
