Przykro mi słyszeć,ze nie była Pani zadowolona z pobytu - tym bardziej, ze NIE napisała Pani ani jednej wiadomości. Przykro mi ,że nie czytamy w myślach I nie domyśliliśmy się, że rezerwując pobyt nie wiedziała Pani co czyni ,ale z całą pewnością będziemy nad tym pracować.
