A spacious double wardrobe provides guests with plenty of storage. Outside the window this bedroom overlooks the tree lined walkway (no cars)- a very peaceful room with no road. In addition this room also has a brand new memory foam mattress as we want our guests ultimately to have a good night’s rest!
Bedroom Two (double)
This is one of two bedrooms located to the rear of the house overlooking the private garden and private garages. Again this room overlooks a very quiet access-only road to the back of the house and another great room to have a good night’s sleep! There is a standard double sized bed, bedside tables and lamps and freestanding clothes rack, with black out curtains and a premium newly-installed memory foam mattress.
Bedroom Three (twin)
Situated at the quiet rear of the house (like bedroom two) this twin room comes with large wardrobe and furnished with two single beds, bedside tables and lamps, black out curtains and brand-new memory foam sprung mattresses

Bath tub and shower, wash basin, heated towel rail, and toilet with quality soaps and towels provided.

This house benefits from its own fenced private garden with lawn and gate out to parking area and garage at the back.
Parking
Each house in this delightful neighbourhood has a large parking barn (where bins are also stored) with space for one car in the open barn and one and the other parking behind it. There are no parking restrictions in this residential area
