The house is located 5 minutes from the center of Lalinde, where you will find a supermarket, bakeries, butchers and restaurants.
In the area you can discover many nice places: castles, picturesque villages, such as Limeuil, Issigeac, Beaumont, ... and larger cities such as Bergerac, Sarlat and Périgueux. And for the enthusiasts: the many wine estates.

Amazing stay

A great place to stay - well located for some peace and quiet but also for local amenities- Lalinde Is such a friendly town. Trips out were easy. The gite was so well equipped- everything you need and also things you didn’t think you needed! Although well protected the area is prone to little little beasties- so be mindful if prone to bites but don’t let this stop you enjoying this place. Patrick and Carolina are such helpful and resourceful hosts - thank you! Overall highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Belle maison dans un beau cadre

La maison est magnifique,le cadre également.C’est une maison spacieuse et parfaitement équipée, jusqu’au dans les moindres détails.La literie de très bonne qualité et le calme environnant nous ont permis de passer des nuits très reposantes. Seul bémol,les moustiques ,qui nous ont empêchés de profiter de la belle terrasse.Je précise toute de même que dans la maison il n’y a aucun problème car il y a des moustiquaires très efficaces à toutes les portes et fenêtres.

Heerlijk vakantie verblijf

De woning ligt rustig en is netjes en volledig ingericht. De aanwezige airco was heerlijk tijdens de paar “bloedhete dagen”. De keuken is groot en in ruime mate voorzien van serviesgoed en verdere uitrusting. Een nespresso apparaat voor de koffie zou nog een mooie aanvulling zijn. De vlonder rond het huis biedt veel ruimte. Er is allerlei comfortabel tuinmeubilair aanwezig. Wel heeft de vlonder, in de nabije toekomst, enige aandacht nodig. Diverse planken lijken (bijna) aan vervanging toe te zijn. In de tuin veel vogels, met een dagelijks bezoek van een roodborstje, bonte specht, boomkruipers en allerlei andere vogels. Een vaste gast was ook de kolibrivlinders die iedere namiddag alle bloemenstruiken bezochten. Als alternatief voor het zwembad in Lalinde ligt Plage Bac du Sors op een half uur rijden van de woning. Een heerlijke zwemplek met prachtige natuur.

Un séjour magnifique

La maison est située au calme et présente tout le confort nécessaire. Sa localisation permet de visiter assez facilement beaucoup de lieux très interessants de la vallée de la Dordogne.
