Achtung: falsche Angaben

Die Lage ist top und der Vermieter ist super nett. Aber die Beschreibung ist falsch. Es ist keine Villa zur alleinigen Benutzung, es gibt keinen Balkon und für die kleine Wohnung im 1. Stock gibt es eine Terrasse. Es ist nicht behindertengerecht, kein TV und auch keine Stereoanlage. Eine Klimaanlage würde zwar nicht versprochen, ist aber wünschenswert, da es unter dem Dach sehr warm ist und bei geöffneten Fenstern die Stechmücken Party feiern. Die absolut falsche Beschreibung ging nicht vom Vermieter aus, sondern von Fewo, die falsche Texte eingesetzt haben und sich wegen Schadenersatz nicht äußern. Wir wollten eine Villa und bekamen diese Wohnung!! Nie mehr Fewo!
