Worked fine but there are flaws

The apartment was not ready at the designated check in time. We were simply told to wait longer. This was a major inconvenience for us and property management simply did not care. I tried to contact VRBO and they were no help either. The apartment is starting to feel run down, IKEA furniture lasts only for so long under constant wear and tear. The bathroom have no shelving, hooks, or handles on the doors. The apartment was directly under a flight path to the airport, it’s extremely loud, this really cannot be stressed enough. There are not enough dishes in the apartment, the bedding seems and looks old and worn.
