Our Tribeca apartment is a defiant homage to the Gilded Age of New York City and the promise of the New World. It stands as a hive of theatricality and energy. Located in Manchester's bohemian Northern Quarter, this property is 1 of 4 luxury boutique apartments in our flagship aparthotel building. The Heim Residences welcomes the world to its streets, and we invite the world through the doors of this apartment. Guys, dolls, grifters, shifters and all folk in between.

The Space:
The Heim Residences are delighted to offer this duplex boutique loft apartment, comprising of an open plan living space, two king size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This stylish apartment in a highly sought after mill conversion, pays true to the Gilded Age of New York City and the promise of the New World. The unique design of the space combines 15ft high ceilings, solid oak floors, high end design with original exposed brickwork, beams and steel pillars.

Our Aparthotel is a beautifully converted 1830's listed building and was originally used as a factory. The unique design of the space combines original features with modern, high-end fittings and huge victorian windows. Tribeca style is all about creating a hive of theatrics and energy.

The spacious and luxurious master bedroom boasts a king size bed, fitted with luxurious bed linens, throws and an abundance of pillows and cushions. The space also contains a large fitted wardrobe and dressing area with downlighting, perfect for getting ready.

Each of the stunning bathrooms, tiled in white bevelled porcelain with contrasting aqua marine blue painted finish, includes a large basin with designer taps and backlit mirrors. Fresh linen and an assortment of argon oil shampoo's and conditioner's, soap's and sanitiser's are provided complementary for your use during your stay.

The beautifully crafted open plan kitchen with quartz worktop, allows you to cook and entertain at the same time, as it is interconnected with the dining area. Complete with a breakfast bar, top of the range Siemens oven and microwave combo oven, induction hob, extractor fan, dish washer and washing machine. This kitchen provides the perfect high-tech arena in which to show off your cooking skills or simply cook a nice family meal.

There is also a broad selection of tea, coffee and accompanying sugars/sweetners, provide on the house, for you to choose from.

The dining area and lounge is spacious, light and relaxing with views across the rooftops. The 6 person dining table and new age metal light pendants, combines a homage to both Brooklyn and Manchesters industrial past. It is also an excellent work space for those who may be travelling on business.

The living room has a super comfy chaise-longue 6 seater sofa-bed and a 55" Samsung smart TV with Netflix and Amazon TV access as standard. The sofa also converts to a comfortable sofa bed, please let us know if you wish to have this made up (extra charges may apply).

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the whole apartment. The property is in the heart of Manchesters hipster and bohemian districts of Ancoats and Northern Quarter, known for its challenging, creative and often political wall art. You are also never more than 20 meters from a bar, restaurant or grocery store. For those with mobility considerations, kindly note this apartment is located on the second floor, accessible via stairs only. There is no elevator in the building.

Getting Around:
When you walk out the front door, you will be in the heart of Manchester's hipster and Bohemian district of Northern Quarter. You are never more than 20 meters from a bar, restaurant or grocery store.

There are a number of off and on street parking spaces available all around the development. You can park free of charge on the street in designated bays, between the hours of 20:00 and 18:00.

There is also a Multi-storey pay and display car park adjacent to the development, where is costs £20.50 to park for 24 hours. The full address of this car park is as follows: Northern Quarter Multi Storey, Church Street, M4 1LX.

You will never be stuck for a place to park your car(s).

Other Things to Note:
In order to protect both the property and our guests, all guests are required to complete the MANDATORY deposit hold on our guest portal, powered by Enso Connect. The deposit hold places a £250 authorisation hold on a card of your choosing. No monies are taken from your card unless any damages are caused during your stay or additional fee’s are incurred during your stay. This could be for things like late checkout and other services, extra guests and or extra nights.

Please ensure these are completed prior to your stay as guests will not be able to access the apartments until your Enso verification and deposit hold is complete.

Beautiful but impractical
Super modern and really impressive apartment but it just wasn’t practical. At least not for us. There was no toaster, no coffee machine, no paper towel, no dustpan & brush or washing machine detergent. You can’t use 2 showers at the same time (only enough pressure for one). We were a family with a 1 year old and 2 older kids. I think it wasn’t intended for family use. Our daughter burnt her fingers on the oven whilst trying to grill her some toast in the early hours prior to caffeine consumption. Stayz says it includes toaster and coffee machine but when I asked the staff from the apartment they said as they supply coffee (Nescafé sachets) and you can do toast in the oven it ticks all the boxes. I would beg to differ. There was also plenty of cupboard space to leave a toaster and even a little plunger or something. It was a very nicely presented apartment though - modern & comfortable. Take note too, LOTS of steep steps & no lift so a bit of a pain with lots of luggage but as long as you don’t mind a workout, it’s fine. For many people these things won’t be important so for those it would be an amazing stay - it’s close to everything. The street is a bit dodge but very quiet inside the apartment and the pitas from next door are sublime! Lots of good things and it wouldn’t take much at all to make it even better. One more note, on arrival the door to the building wouldn’t lock. We contacted the property and someone was there within 30 mins and it was fixed first thing in the morning so that was impressive.

My friends and I (30-35 years old) came to Manchester for the Sam Smith concert. The apartment was in a great location with proximity to the cable car system, tons of good restaurants and pubs. We picked this location solely because of how close it was to the arena but it offered so much more than we could’ve asked for. The apartment was very nice and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were immaculate with good water pressure. We did not spend much time in the apartment but when we were there it was great! The top floor did get warmer than desired but we’re we’re able to open the windows and prop the doors open. The doors are heavy/self closing so we wedged things under to keep them open. Did not understand how to use the washer/dryer but that’s solely on me because it’s a brand I am unfamiliar with and no instructions on the machine. Definitely a lot of stairs and narrow stairwells but that’s to be expected in the UK. Overall we really enjoyed this location and the unit!! Would 100% stay here again!!

A short break with family. The apartment was lovely and the area although very quiet and close to the centre of the city was in a very scruffy place (graffiti everywhere and very run down)
