Perfect stay

The villa was perfect, had everything you could possibly need. Absolutely spotless. The pool was definitely an added bonus, just the right temperature and size. Will definitely be back.

Nice villa in excellent location.

Nice location by the Marina Rubicon with a good number of restaurants nearby. Also, very close to HyperDino supermarket. (Vrbo website shows the villa in the wrong location in central Playa Blanca.) Check-in involved receiving a key code from the owner so you have to work out how everything works (BBQ, washing machine etc.) but that was no problem.

Villa amazing

Villa was exactly as described spotless clean and couldn't fault it at all had an amazing time if i had to say anything negative i would say it would be nice to have a standing fan in the sitting room as air conditioning only in bedrooms but i can't wait to come back amazing villa and the welcome pack was a brilliant touch as we didn't get there till late x

Villa is good but the neighbours can ruin your holiday

We wouldn’t fault the villa, perfect location for the lovely marina, easy parking, nice warm pool and it is well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. We were surprised that we had to buy bin bags but that was easy given the supermarket nearby. The problem came when a couple arrived to stay in the adjoining villa 4 days into our stay. We were awoken at 7am by the cleaning company coming to prepare the villa. Until then we hadn’t realised that the walls are paper thin, you literally hear every light switch, tap, door and chair being used. The hoovering was unbelievably loud. The couple who stayed woke us at 1.30 am every night when they came in. It wasn’t that they were outrageously noisy just that they couldn’t even shut the curtains, go to the wardrobe or use an electrical socket without it seeming they are in the room with you. We were very glad they weren’t honeymooners! There is a night time rule on being quiet in the outside space between 11pm and 8am on the complex but that would actually be less of a problem than the inside noise transfer. Much as we enjoyed the rest of the holiday it became a bit of a repeating nightmare and we were so pleased when they left the day before us so we got an uninterrupted sleep (until the cleaners arrived at 7am!). I’d never book again I’m afraid.
