About this property

Studio renovated in 2021 in the heart of the Beaurivage district, 200 meters from the Côte des Basques and its magnificent beach.
On the 2nd floor of a typical Basque chalet, in the calm of a charming dead end: all the advantages of the animation, without the disadvantages!

Access to the house by a private road with free parking assured (private parking space).
Close to the center of town (10 minutes on foot), its shops, the Halles and the Grande Plage. Nearby shops (bar tobacco, pharmacy, carrefour city bakery, restaurants...) and Etxola bibi in a radius of 250 m, pizzeria joy to 70m.
Everything is there to relax and enjoy your stay.

- A space bedroom separated by a glass roof with a bed box of 140

- A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet

It is a typical Biarritz chalet in the heart of the Beaurivage district, the former fishermen's district of Biarritz. The area has become one of the most sought after in Biarritz due to its location, its small preserved and authentic village feel.

The apartment itself is a cocoon, very quiet, renovated with a seaside style decoration that remains in the style of the neighborhood. The stones and exposed beams complete the authentic character.

We are very concerned about the well being of the tenants (top of the range bedding, complete equipment including a large 4K TV (with Netflix, Disney+) and board games at disposal, but also about ecology and the preservation of our beautiful coast (selective sorting, large capacity soap dispensers, zero waste kit, gourd and reusable dishes for picnics, composter in the garden...)
