The villa:
The villa is perfect for a family vacation and for all our golfers out there, we can assure you that you won't find anything better than this.
The 800 sqm newly renovated villa provides ultra-spacious accommodations for 12 adults + 4 children in 6 double bedrooms + cot and bed sofas. This marvelous villa is situated right at the Aloha Golf course in a safe, gated community. It features a huge pool with an extravagant feature, your own pool bar and large green and tropical gardens. You are also provided with extensive parking for cars, large open kitchen and sliding/folding glass doors in all rooms for a great outdoor-indoor living. The large living room features a brand new 55' OLED TV Smart-TV with Netflix and it is situated right along the pool area for a connected living experience. High-speed internet throughout, BBQ, hot tub, outdoor lounges, alfresco dining and en-suites with balconies are just a few of the best features you could ask for why staying in this HIDDEN GEM.
We can promise a quite, relaxing and luxurious stay for the avid golfer, the sun-lover, the swimmer and/or the large family where kids and adults alike can have a wonderful time enjoying wonderful Marbella, Puerto Banus and beyond. This house is a one of a kind and both location and amenities need to be tried to be believed.
Additional services can be booked on request, including breakfast preparation, grocery shopping, car rental and additional cleaning.
Neighborhood
Right at the entrance of the community is the Aloha Golf Club, an exclusive club where both lunch and dinner are great if you just feel like staying local. Then, of course, if you are in for some golfing, this is the place to be at!
Neighboring the Puerto Banús resort, Nueva Andalucia stretches inland from the sea, over undulating terrain that is dotted with lakes, backdropped by the imposing La Concha mountain peak and fringed by celebrated golf courses.
Nueva Andalucía has all the ingredients that comprise most people's idea of a “dream life” in Spain: Mediterranean views; a healthy outdoor lifestyle; an easy transition into the Spanish way of life, without having to relinquish the comforts of home; and a tranquil atmosphere that is ideal for a family.
Shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, hairdressers, gymnasiums, casinos, gift shops; you name it, Nueva Andalucia has it. As well as the wonderful Saturday morning market that starts in the Centro Plaza and sprawls down into Puerto Banus itself.
Nueva Andalucia is the place many head to for a golf trip on the Costa del Sol There are several excellent courses including Las Brisas, La Quinta, La Dama de Noche, Los Naranjos and of course, Aloha Golf Club which the villa is situated in. All offer excellent facilities, challenging courses and stunning scenery.
For those who like extravagant shopping, glamour, restaurants and nightlife, the famous Puerto Banús is just a few minute's drive away. The marvelous and extravagant Puerto Banús Marina and Puerto Banus Beach is as well only a few minute's drive away. Spend your day at the beach which offers plenty of bars, ice-cream bars and restaurants to fulfill the desires of all the family members.
Other Things to Note:
• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.
• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.
• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.
• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.
• Check in is possible between 3.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).
• Check-out is at latest 11AM.
• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
