Villa del Giardo is located in the Tuscan countryside, only a few km from the town of Camaiore and the Versilia coast.
Surrounded by a fenced garden with lawn and trees, the villa boasts a large covered gazebo, equipped with: dining table for 4 people, barbecue, and a small outdoor kitchen (with sink and 2-burner hob), ideal for having alfresco meals.
At guests' disposal also a private parking.

Internal Description

Villa del Giardo is spread over 2 floors, and can accommodate up to 7 people for a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property has provided with mosquito nets. Pets are not allowed.

Ground floor: The ground floor houses the living area: a spacious living room, furnished with a double sofa bed (to be used free of charge upon request), two armchairs, tv, and dining table for 4-6 people; a lovely kitchen with direct access to the garden, fireplace, dining table for 4 people, oven, fridge, hob, dishwasher and microwave.
A bathroom with shower makes the rest of the floor.

First floor: The upper floor, accessible by climbing some stairs, is dedicated to the sleeping area divided as follows: 2 double bedrooms with wardrobe (including one with terrace) and 1 bedroom with bunk beds + a single pull-out bed. Following is a bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); house and garden maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (370.00€). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (100,00€) is also requested, and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
