Fast das Paradies

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt dort. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das riesengroße umzäunte Grundstück und der megatolle große beheizte Pool + Whirlpool. Auch das Apartment im 1. Stock war, wie das Haus insgesamt, in absolut bestem Zustand. Zwei Dinge die man wissen sollte: 1) Die Ferienwohnung beinhaltet nicht den auf den Bildern dominant sichtbaren Wintergarten. Das Apartment erreicht man am anderen Ende des Hauses über einen getrennten Eingang und liegt komplett im 1. Stock. Parterrre wohnen die Besitzer Carla und Paolo, die mit Herzlichkeit und dezenter Anwesenheit immer zur Verfügung standen. 2) Die Lage ist ländlich. Man ist zwar mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit überall (Einkaufen, San Marino, Rimini), fußläufig geht hier aber gar nichts. Mit diesem Wissen kann man sich kaum etwas besseres vorstellen, wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Tolles Haus mit sehr schöner Außenanlage

Wunderschönes Haus auf einem Hügel gelegen mit Blick auf das Meer. Der Vermieter wohnt in der Einliegerwohnung und steht für alle Rückfragen zur Verfügung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hingehen.

Hervorragendes Ferienhaus um mal richtig abzuschalten.

Eine sehr Nette Familie die auch immer ein offenes Ohr hat für besondere Wünsche und Fragen. Die Villa an sich ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Der große Pool mit Whirlpool lässt keine Wünsche offen für den besonderen Badespaß. Der Aussengrillplatz ist super um sich einfach selbst mit leckerem BBQ zu verköstigen. Für die kleinen gibt es einen Fußballplatz sowie einen Spielplatz wo sie sich richtig austoben können. Rundum ein perfekter Ort um einen Schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Immer wieder gerne.
