Excelente apartamento. Fiquei no apartamento n. 2 que tem 2 quartos. Não tem uma sala formal, mas a cozinha é espaçosa e acomoda bem as poucas horas que ficávamos no apartamento. Afinal, passávamos o dia passeando. As instalações conferem com o descrito no aplicativo. Fica no terceiro andar, o que pode trazer problema para pessoas com mobilidade restrita. Muitas opções na região: praça, igreja, mercearia, bar/restaurante, take away, padaria. Perto do Monte e parque do Picoto, com área para recreação. Proprietário prestativo, sempre atento às nossas mensagem e disposto a resolver nossas questões. Acesso fácil para outras cidades próximas e para o centro turístico. Rua arborizada e com estacionamento na rua sempre disponível.
