Welcome to our inviting lodge where quality meets comfort.
Nestled in a beach resort that promises relaxation and recreation. This two-bedroom property, warmly welcoming one small, house-trained dog, is your perfect retreat just minutes away from the captivating Pevensey Bay.
As you enter, be captivated by the spacious and modern open plan kitchen/diner and lounge. The fully fitted kitchen caters to your every need with a fitted double oven, four-ring gas hob, built-in microwave, full-size integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and all the essentials—from pots and pans to serving dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, and even a cafetiere. An island with a breakfast bar adds a touch of elegance to the culinary space.
The dining area, adorned with a good-sized table and four chairs, beckons for shared meals and conversation. In the lounge, unwind amidst modern comforts, featuring a large TV with Freeview, Prime, and Netflix capabilities (guests required to use their own login details), a coffee table, modern fireplace surrounds with an electric fire, two sofas, and an additional lounge chair. For added convenience, there's a washing machine, a travel cot, and a highchair for guest use.
Bedroom one, the master bedroom, exudes luxury with a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe with a dressing table/mirror and stool, ample storage, and an en-suite full bathroom with a shower, toilet, and wash basin.
