The house is newly built, facing the sea, just under 10 meters from the splendid beaches of San Foca, an enchanting Adriatic beach named 5 sails 2021.
The beach of San Foca has very fine white sand and the Caribbean sea is obviously within walking distance! Boat excursions available, to be requested when booking or directly on site.
Ideal for 4 people, it is an independent apartment that boasts a balcony with sea view, garden, washing machine in the external laundry, air conditioning and mosquito nets.
