With three bedrooms, No. 5 can hold up to 6 of you together in homely comfort. And given the limitless options of things to do around Filey, No. 5 will provide you with the space to make a holiday to remember.

The Space:
At the heart of No. 5 is the conjoined living, dining and kitchen space. Towards the front of the property is the living area, a spacious place where the whole house can gather on the plush, comfy sofa and on the relaxing armchair for a quiet night together after your exciting days out in Filey.

From there you can go through the double doors to the dining room, a grand space with stylish yet traditional table in the centre, and with cabinets stacked with fine crockery, whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or a hearty home cooked evening meal, this is a fine space for the house to gather and commune together. Moving further to the back of the house you will arrive at the kitchen. Open plan and fully equipped, this kitchen is the perfect place for you to try and tackle all of your culinary endeavours.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms available for you to use. All furnished with a double bed, the property is perfect for families and groups of friends of up to 6. The first bedroom is spacious and with a minimalist style of decoration, and its biggest draw is the mirrored, built-in cupboards along the wall, which will mean you have no lack of space for storage that you may need to unpack. The second bedroom, though not as spacious as the former, is still a delightful room with a red and white colour scheme. It’s also well furnished with a chest of drawers and a laptop friendly workspace that you can use. The final bedroom is themed in black and white, spacious and still with plenty of storage space with shelves and chest of drawers, it’s equipped with bedside lamps on either side for those keen to curl up of an evening with a good book.

The bathroom is a modern, tiled room, equipped with a WC and wash basin. It also is equipped with a large walk-in shower that gives you plenty of room to stretch in as you bask in the soothing hot water.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Free on-street parking is available on Cromwell Avenue.

One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay at No.5 per reservation.

The Neighborhood:
In Filey, you’ll find a long stretching beach and charming town centre. A holiday to Filey is the perfect way to escape and enjoy sea, sand, and relaxation. Quieter than our other coastal resorts, Filey is the perfect choice for those wanting to enjoy a break away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Escape for a few days, a week or more as you explore all that the Yorkshire Coast has on offer. Filey has some impressive rock pools to explore and also marks the start/end of the Cleveland Way Trail. The coastal town of Bridlington is roughly a 20-minute drive away and Scarborough can be reached in 25 minutes.

Getting Around:
No.5 is within 20 minutes' drive time of Scarborough and Bridlington. There are routes from Filey train station to Bridlington, Scarborough, and Whitby with connecting trains to Middlesbrough, Newcastle, York, Leeds, Manchester, and London. A number of connecting routes can also be found from these stations so getting to other locations around the UK could not be easier.

Hop onto bus 12 and you can visit beautiful coastal villages around the area.
