On a tree lined street close to the city centre you'll find a house fit for a Queen! 3 double bedrooms and newly refurbished to a high standard with a bathroom for each bedroom, it comes with hotel quality linen and towels.

Queens House has 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms have zip & link beds, either super king or twin the third is a double. 2 rooms are en-suite and the third has it's own main bathroom. With dining space, living room, fully equipped kitchen plus outside terrace you'll have everything you need for a home away from home. Beautifully decorated with modern amenities, FREE high speed wifi.

Lots of supermarkets, pubs and restaurants nearby and in walking distance.

Parking while on street is tucked off the main road and is readily available for both vans and cars plus it's unrestricted. Access is via a lock box for self check in.

Early check-in or late check-out requests are charged at £15 per hour and are subject to availability. These requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance to allow for changes to housekeeping rotas.

We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID prior to the release of check-in details. We assure you that all submissions are encrypted and are treated according to GDPR rules.

Alison and Gemma run a number of holiday cottages and rental properties in the area and are delighted to welcome you to Queens House.

We strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We both live locally and are always happy to recommend things to do or places to go. We will leave you to enjoy your stay in peace, but are available should you need us.

Queen Isabel's House is in a perfect location close to the city centre, but also a few minutes to the A46 which takes you to nearby Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, HS2 Compounds or Birmingham. This house is walkable to the train station in Coventry and is on a regular bus route. Easy access to the A46 for all other local towns and cities.

Situated with close proximity to Warwick, Leamington, Rugby, and Birmingham with easy access to the M1 just 10 mins away. Also close by are several HS2 compounds.
We’re thrilled you’ve chosen our space for your getaway. We want you to have an amazing stay with us, and we’ve tried to think of the finer details to help you do just that.

In return, we ask you to please abide by the following rules.

• All of our homes are in residential areas. We want you to enjoy your stay, but we also ask that you have some consideration for our neighbours.
• If we suspect any prohibited substances or drugs are being used, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded.
• NOT to use the property for parties, hen/stag parties or gatherings. If, on arrival, it is felt the guests are intending to use the property for such an event, you will be refused entrance. If we believe a party is underway, you will be charged £2,000.
• Please keep music to a reasonable level outside.
• NOT to be the cause of any significant noise between 10PM and 9AM. If noise is deemed to be excessive, we reserve the right to ask you to leave and you will not be refunded.
• NOT to cause an annoyance or become a nuisance to occupants of adjoining premises.
• NOT to smoke inside the property. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE the property, provided all doors and windows are closed. If we suspect you have been smoking in the property, you will be charged £300 (i.e., your security deposit will not be returned).
• Please read any safety notices and advice upon arrival to the property, in particular, parking information and fire safety details.
• NOT to re-let or sublet the property to any other group/party.
• Only use the property strictly for residential purposes.
• NOT to make use of the phone or fax line connected to the property.
• NOT to light any fires or candles in the property.
• NOT to permit any visitors to enter the property, where authorisation has not been requested in advance.
• Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition, including running the dishwasher (if the house has one), putting rubbish in outside bins and tidying away anything you have used.

We promise not to be the fun police, and we fully respect your space and time in our properties. Please do enjoy your time with us. We hope you leave relaxed and well-rested!

Perfect Place for our Visit
Cozy townhouse with three bedrooms (with with a private full bathroom), living room, kitchen and small dining area. Just right for four adults in a nice neighborhood in Coventry. The location made for easy access for our daily trek to Silverstone to see the British Gran Prix!

Great Home Base for Adventures
We loved staying at this property in Coventry! It was a great home base for a lot of day trips we had planned during our time in England. We had three adults staying there and it was the perfect amount of space, with everyone having their own bathroom and bedroom. We also loved that the grocery store was a quick walk down the street. Parking in the neighborhood was easy too! The owners were very responsive when we had a couple of questions, which we really appreciated!

Lovely spot
We stayed here with our two young adult sons while visiting family nearby. House was clean and very spacious for the four of us. Very comfortable beds!! I would definitely stay here again
