Picos mountains

Overall a pleasant stay. The accommodation was good and clean and it is a good base to explore the picos mountains. The nearest beach is around 1 hr 10 away and the pool is more of a plunge pool.

Brilliant, relaxing country house

Hi - we spent a fantastic two week holiday at Basieda. The photos in the listing don’t really do the house justice. It is a lovely place to spend a summer break in the mountains. Inside the house the spaces are large and the fit out lovely. There are plenty of places to stretch out and relax. Outside the garden is wonderful and relaxing and having a plunge pool was perfect. The area is so relaxing. There are walks from the village as well as multiple walks in the Picos all within 30 mins. Then the beach is an hour away. Highly recommended.
