The
holiday home is near one of the most beautiful beaches of Salento and
it`s surrounded by the garden and a furnished porch. The rooms are
basic, cozy and bright.
The holiday home opens into a large living room with sofa bed and dining area and kitchenette. The sleeping area consists of 2 triple bedrooms furnished with double bed and twin-sized bed and a full bathroom. The second full bathroom is outside, at the back of the holiday home.

holiday home is in Torre Lapillo, 500 meters away from the beach and
within walking distance from the city centre. Torre Lapillo is known for
its crystal clear sea with shallow bottom. On the long beach there are
several famous beach establishments that offer many services.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 70 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- One bathroom is external.
