You'll love your stay in this luxury beachfront four-bedroom and two-bathroom villa with the pool and beautiful sea view, on a secluded and intimate location.

Garden is exclusively yours to use and has 3.300 m2 with outside fireplace, multiple shaded tables and deck chairs under the olive trees.

Villa is fully air-conditioned with two air-conditioned units, on two levels and features pool, outside grill and bar, dock for a small boat, children playground and wine cellar.

Villa's main feature is the spectacular view and large swimming pool with uninterrupted view on the sea, coastline and small islands across.

It is also located in an area where there is no connection to electricity, so supply is provided by solar panels. Water is used from the water tank, while for cooking we provide gas making it as ecological as possible.

This villa is perfect for outdoor entertaining, whether it's enjoying the views from the pool or enjoying the secluded beach right in front of the villa.

It is fenced and has parking spot for five cars.

Living room has a smart LCD TV, air condition unit and cozy sofa which can be used as a bed for two people.

Two bedrooms have one double bed, one bedroom has two single beds and fourth bedroom has one single bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge with freezer and is ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Both bathrooms have shower and hair dryer.

It also has a washing machine.

We provide iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels and high-speed Wi-Fi, all free of charge.

We can also arrange baby cot and baby high chair for free, just please contact in advance.

Villa is located in a secluded location on the island Ciovo, connected with bridge with the mainland.

It's on the open sea side of the island Ciovo, so you will enjoy spectacular view and truly feel the nature of your stay, without anyone interrupting your peace.

Despite it's secluded location in the open sea side of the island, it's only 10 min drive from popular town Trogir and 20 min drive from the airport.


**** House rules:

This is a smoke-free villa.

Smoking inside is not allowed, but on outside areas you can smoke.

Some pets are allowed, please ask in advance.

We expect normal house behaviour - watch not to break anything and leave the house tidy.

Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.

Bus station is 3 km away.

Despite it's secluded location, it's only 10 min drive from town Trogir and 20 min drive from the airport.
