Light, bright and extremely welcoming 2 bedroomed apartment. Ground floor with large terrace to relax and light up the Barbi.
Fully modernized with new kitchen and bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher, drinks fridge etc. Full internet and TV package available in most languages. Air conditioning and heating installed.
Ten minute’s walk to the renowned blue flag beach at la Zenia. Also, ten minutes in the other direction is the famous 'La Zenia' shopping centre which features 130 shops and a extensive array of restaurants of varying nationalities and prices. The shopping centre also features nightly entertainment for the whole family. The apartment is close to the famous Paddy's Point Irish bar and many local restaurants and entertainment venues.
Fabulously friendly swimming pool and central barbeque area for the whole family to enjoy with plenty of park land for walking a small dog. Perfect venue for a family looking for a beach holiday or a group of friends after sunshine and entertainment.

We had a fantastic holiday

We loved the location of the apartment, it was within walking distance to bars, restaurants and the beach. There was even milk , water and wine in the fridge on arrival. We will definitely be back!

Very enjoyable stay.

Very nice apartment. Good welcome and information about the surroundings. Very well situated for going around, shopping, eating, golfing, sightseeing etc. Has everything you need. Internet better than in many places. Did not bother us much that there is little sun in front. Sunny side by the pool. Thank you and will consider coming back. Stefan

Lovely stay

Many thanks for all your help from start to finish. Lovely location, everything thing that we needed was in the apartment, very short walk to supermarket and bars . 10 minute walk to the beach and also 10 minutes walk to the large shopping centre. Shame about the windy days but still plenty of sun . Pity the apartment wasnt south facing so we could have benefited more on the nicer days . Would definitely stay again later on in the year next time

We had a lovely time in Spain. Apartment is close to shops and the most amazing bar- Paddy’s point! Apartment has all your needs for a break and it was clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this apartment to all family and friends! Reasonably priced too

Its an amazing apartment.

We've had a great stay at Jill's place. Jill is absolute great host and welcoming ensuring we are comfortable and got everything we needed. Good communication before arriving and during our stay. I can't fault the place, it's very convenient to all local amenities and only 10 mins walk to the beach and to the shopping centre.I will definitely stay here again and highly recommended.
