Casale del Secolo is a farmhouse of peasant origins where on the ground floor you can still admire the ancient stables. Located in a panoramic position 1.5 km from the village of Castiglion Fiorentino which can also be reached on foot. Castiglion Fiorentino is one of the most renowned villages of the Valdichiana and is equipped with shops, restaurants and services of all kinds, and offers important cultural, folklore and food and wine events throughout the year.

First floor: with entrance from external staircase (5 steps) on small hallway, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, large and bright living-dining room with fireplace, sofas and large kitchenette, access to a panoramic terrace with table, benches and umbrella to eat out. Double room with fireplace and single bed added, double bedroom with private bathroom with tub.
Ground Floor: porch equipped with table and chairs, old stalls with mangers and original stone floors and table and benches to relax in the cool, laundry room.
The farmhouse is of peasant origins and dates back to the early 19th century. The farmhouse, which can be traced from the structure and materials used for its construction to the early 1800s, since the beginning of this century has been a reference point for folklore events and in particular adjacent land was used as a shooting range . It was aimed at some dancers from a distance of about 300 meters, hence the characteristic name of the villa. On site also an ancient, small cellar with a vault of 1600 where, on request, it will be possible to taste wine and oil of certified organic production of the company.
Around the house a large garden full of olive trees of about 1 hectare entirely fenced, where there are the beautiful infinity pool, some games for children and a well with drinking water. Guests also have access to a private tennis court which is about 800 m away. distance to be used in common with the guests of two other villas.

Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).

Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 10 each per day.
Swimming towels on request Euro 3 each.

A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of your host municipality.

Methods of payment by bank transfer:
at the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a 30% deposit of the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 60 days before the beginning of the stay.

Cancellation policy:
-30% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 60 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 59th day and the day of arrival, and in case of No Show.
