Enjoy a holiday full of luxury in this beautiful villa with a private jetty, 3 double canoes and a swim ladder. This is an excellent choice for a holiday with friends and/or family.

In the summer you can enjoy yourself at the Flevostrand (3.8 km) or sail from the house to the Veluwemeer by boat. There are water sports facilities available 4 km from the house and you will find numerous cozy restaurants in Zeewolde (11 km) and Harderwijk (6.8 km). There is also a supermarket nearby and a golf course is within walking distance. The Veluwe is a 15-minute drive away.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers you the opportunity to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy a drink of your choice on the terrace or relax in the luxurious bubble bath. To explore the area, 2 bicycles are free to use. Finally, you can prepare tasty meals on the gas barbecue, while the children play on the trampoline.

Een prachtig huis op een mooie plek, je waant je midden in de natuur. Een tuime villa voorzien van alle gemakken. De nieuwe jaccuzzi en de 3 kano’s zijn een welkome uitbreiding van deze villa. We komen hier graag nog eens terug.

Defqon

Wir haben uns die Villa mit 8 Leuten gebucht damit wir die Defqon besuchen können. Mit dem Rad 15 km war durchaus machbar. Villa mit Whirpool ist schon ne gehobene Unterkunft aber trotzdem tragbar. Leider war die Villa nicht ausreichend gereinigt und hier und da ein paar Mängel zu sehen. Dafür das dort keine Partys gefeiert werden dürfen haben andere Nachbarn es ganz schön krachen lassen. Kann es trotzdem weiterempfehlen wenn Geld keine Rolle spielt.

Wij zijn in augustus op vakantie geweest in een huis met een boeking van Belvilla. Toen we daar aankwamen was het op het eerste gezicht geweldig. Mooi huis en een jacuzzi. Na even rondgelopen te hebben kwamen de kinderen naar beneden met de mededeling de badkamer is vies er liggen allemaal haren op de grond en in het putje. Ook de beneden badkamer was net als boven gewoon vies. Als ik iets uit de keuken pakte dan moest ik eerst kijken of er geen zilvervlies visje in zat. We kwamen deze beestjes overal tegen zelf in bed. En s'nachts als je wat voelde kriebelen dan waren het ook deze beestjes die over je heen liepen. Erg smerig vonden we dat. De eierdopjes zaten helemaal onder het stof en ga zo maar door. Het was zeker niet schoon in het huisje. Toch hebben we er een leuke vakantie van gemaakt en het was te warm om ons druk te maken over deze dingen. Ook de jacuzzi was heerlijk vooral als het s'avonds wat afkoelde. Thuis gekomen kwam de koude douche. Er werd bij ons € 181,- in rekening gebracht omdat ze door een bedrijf het water in de jacuzzi hebben verschoont. Wij zouden dat niet goed hebben achter gelaten. Maar met de 35 graden is het niet verwonderlijk dat warm water troebel word. De bacteriën groeien welig met deze temperaturen in augustus. Vooral na 1 week. Dus wij hebben voor het onderhoud betaald van de jacuzzi en de schoonmaakkosten van het huis waren ook € 200,- terwijl we zelf veel schoon hebben moeten maken tijdens ons verblijf. Wij hebben het huisje schoner achter gelaten dan dat we het aantroffen. Ik vind dat schandalig. En na een klacht te hebben geplaatst voor teruggave van de schoonmaakkosten ( nadat we de rekening van de jacuzzi hadden gehad) of we foto's op wilde sturen van de vuile dingen in het huisje. Nou voortaan maak ik eerst overal foto's van voor mijn vakantie gaat beginnen zodat ik later kan aantonen dat het vies was. Belvilla ik boek echt geen huisje meer bij jullie en ik raad iedereen aan om dat ook niet te doen. Ik ga wel boeken bij Landal Greenpark nooit problemen met de jacuzzi gehad en klachten. Hoogachtend, een zeer teleurgestelde vakantie ganger met haar gezin. J. van Hooren
