12 person holiday home in Blåvand

This architecturally designed holiday cottage is built in the regional style on one of the best properties in Blåvand, in the protected dune lines approx.. 50 m from the sea. From the house there is a panoramic view of the North Sea and a view of Blåvand’s lighthouse, the western most point of Denmark. At a 500 metres distance, it creates an extraordinary atmosphere, especially at night. No letting to youth groups. Every detail, from the choice of material to the furniture, has been carefully thought through, so it appears in a high quality standard mixed with antiquities. The house is abundantly furnished in comfort: there are two sets of radio systems and two televisions, one of which is connected to a PlayStation 3 with 2 controllers (but you must bring your own games). The house is provided with an 18 m² and 1,40 m deep swimming pool, a large whirlpool for 6 person and a sauna for the care of body and soul. There are two bathrooms with a total of three showers. The 50 m² large living room on the first floor offers a unique view over both ocean and country side. The house has underfloor heating in all rooms with tiled floors as well as heat pumps for both the swimming pool, whirlpool as well as for heating, keeping your energy consumption at a minimum. For the children you will find a sandpit, swings, seesaw, jungle gym, playhouse as well as a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). Trampoline loads max. 100 kg.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
