Make yourself at home in our cozy, modern apartment in the picturesque Golfo Aranci 150 m from the sea and the beautiful beaches, and within walking distance from the village center.
This exclusive apartment is located on the top floor in a modern building from 2017. The apartment is spacious and sunlit with two balconies, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower and laundry machine. The apartment is equipped with a nice comfortable sofa, master bedroom with king-size bed and wardrobe, smaller room with bunk bed and wardrobe and worktable for "working from home", flat-screen TV, comfort dining kitchen island for 4 persons, and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is on the top floor with an elevator, so it is well accessible.
The building has a private underground car park. Free parking is also available at the street, in front of the building
Getting to Golfo Aranci from Olbia airport takes a 20 min drive. The ride is a lifetime experience, as the road leading to Golfo Aranci is very scenic, offering panoramic views of the Gulf of Olbia and its sun-streaked aquamarine waters, with enchanting beaches such as Cala di Sassari, Cala Sabina, and Spiaggia Bianca.
