The villa can boast a parking area and a big porch equipped with table, chairs and a portable BBQ, the perfect place for eating outside together with your friends and lounging during warm afternoons.
From here you can enter the light dining area with the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen and the living room with comfortable armchairs and smart TV. On the same floor, you will also find a toilet and a laundry area.
Up on the first floor, you will then find two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with showers, a twin bedroom, a third double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. All rooms in the villa have an air conditioning system and mosquito nets.

The villa is surrounded by the gentle hills typical of this inland area of Le Marche but at a short distance from the village of Sant'Angelo in Pontano.

Starting from cultural visits in the nearby towns of Tolentino, San Ginesio and Fermo, you can then take a plunge in history in the famous Fiastra Abbey and Urbisaglia with its Roman site. Nature lovers will find numerous trekking trails in the Monti Sibillini National Park, where you can also reach the famous Fiastra Lake.
