Our structure overlooking the sea on the splendid scenary of the Gulf of Naples,enjoys all the comforts such as: air conditioning, free internet and guarantees cleanliness and hospitality.
The villa has spacious and bright rooms with terraces to enjoy the pleasant view of the sea or Vesuvius, in the tranquility of our park. At guests' disposal there will be a hydromassage tub with sea view
The villa also enjoys proximity to the main attractions of the place and the beaches; in fact, directly from inside the park, where the villa is located, there is a private alley thanks to which it is possible to easily and in a few minutes reach the village of Seiano, an ancient fishing village, which in summer comes alive with tourists and locals thanks to the typical bars and restaurants one step away from the sea.
Easily on foot you can reach the historic center of Vico Equense or the Circumvesuviana to visit the main archaeological sites of Herculaneum, Pompeii and Naples, or choose Sorrento or the Amalfi Coast as a destination for a pleasant walk.
The finely maintained garden of the villa allows you to enjoy moments of tranquility and to witness unmissable sunsets.

Off the terrace, there are 3 steps to access the ground floor of the villa which opens up onto a large lounge/dining area. There is a table, a window, a TV, a sofa and armchairs for you to relax in this open plan space. From the lounge/dining area, you can access the kitchen. ’. There is also a sink, 4 hobs, an oven, a fridge/freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave and kitchen utensils. It also has a large French, sliding door which leads out onto the terrace.

On the ground floor, there is one double bedroom. It has a double bed, which is 1.40m wide and 2 metres long, a window, a TV, a small desk and a safe. There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, bidet and a small window.

From the lounge/dining area, there is a staircase, with approximately 20 steps, which takes you to the first floor of the villa. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a study room. The study room has a double sofabed, storage space for clothes/belongings and a door leading to a small terrace. The first bedroom has a double bed (1.60m wide by 2 metres long), space to store clothes/belongings, a desk, a TV, a safe and two windows. The second bedroom is ensuite and has a double bed (1.60m wide by 2 metres long), a TV, a desk, a safe and space to store clothes/belongings. The furnishings are modern and calming, conducive to a relaxing environment. There is also a double door which opens onto a terrace; from here you can enjoy a view of the sea whilst sunbathing and relaxing. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, bidet and a small window.

The third bedroom is ensuite and has a double bed (1.60m wide by 2 metres long), a TV, a safe, storage for your clothes and a desk and is furnished with calming, modern colours which provide a relaxing atmosphere. It also boasts a large window and a door which leads to the panoramic terrace; perfect for relaxing whilst enjoying the wonderful sea views. The ensuite bathroom has a sink, shower, toilet, bidet and a small window.
