Welcome to 'Top of the World' - one of the nicest luxury cabins you will stay in with huge game room and impressive Mt Leconte views

Beautiful 5 King bedrooms with 5 full attached baths each. In the heart of the Smoky Mountains convenient to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood.

5 master suites +1 pull out couch in game room and 2 futons (one in loft bedroom, one in downstairs bedroom).

Hardwood floors throughout the living room area and first floor bedrooms and tile in the kitchen.

Full game room with pool table, Golden Tee Golf Arcade Game, Double Shot basketball game, Multicade stand up arcade game system upgraded with tons of classics like PAC Man, Frogger, etc to choose from.

**All FIVE bedrooms are equipped with their own private bathroom with shower, vanity, tub and standing shower (main level bedrooms have oversized garden tubs- please note that the jets are NOT functional, so they serve as garden tubs only, however they are still tremendously nice and relaxing!), king size beds, walk in closets, upgraded 39 inch flat screen tvs.

Very disappointed in the state of this property

I was very disappointed with this rental. I expected cleanliness and things in good shape. After the first day, I started making note of the issues I feel should be addressed if you’re charigng people this much money. You should be able to enjoy your vacation not just TOLERATE it. *Very unclean: If you’re not paying your cleaner enough to do a decent job, please pay them better. If you are, and they aren’t doing their job, owner isn’t checking up on it. *Food splatters on wall behind sink and next to the garbage can. *Kitchen floor had smashed food on it *Mold on the shower curtain *Large spider webs on the living room windows *Sink filthy *Refrigerator had spills on the glass shelves that hadn’t even been touched *The exterior door was filthy (inside/out) Basically, it felt filthy - enough so that you have to wonder if there’s that much obvious evidence of dirt, how clean are the couches, the beds, the carpet (didn’t look like the stairs had been vacuumed in some time). SAFETY ISSUES: *Broken railing on deck *Electrical outlet that didn’t have a cover in bedroom OTHER: *No dish cloths in the kitchen to clean counters *Only TV we could get to work was in living room *Can opener not working *Damaged drywall in various places *Pool table broken and cues were useless, no chalk *Hot tub jets didn’t work *Broken seals on windows One thing you can be sure of is, we will not be back. Sad really, because the views are gorgeous.

Friends Annual Trip

Door code given didn’t work. Had to call owner. Cable not working, when owner contacted she said no one else has had an issue and basically blamed us for being dumb. Turns out there was an outage in the area. If she had even attempted to contact her carrier she could have told us that. This cabin was nice and met our needs with the number of bedrooms and all having their own bathroom. However the two bedrooms on main floor have giant whirlpool tubs that don’t even work and super tiny showers. It would be better to remove the tubs and make a bigger walk in shower. The drain in far sink in bedroom to the right on main floor didn’t drain well. If sink was being cleaned it would be immediately obvious. Furniture downstairs is very old and dated and not very clean. Afraid to sit on without a sheet or something. Time to invest a little money to update the furniture and fixtures.

Beautiful sunrise view

Place was clean and beautiful. We had checkin issues but it host was very helpful and responsive and resolved our checkin issue quick.

Enjoyed our stay very much!

Was very pleased with the location and the house. All of the amenities were great. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather in the same area....but also plenty of space to go to if you wanted some alone time. There were a couple of very minor issues...the hot tub jets didnt seem to working properly and the basketball game in the lower level needs a little attention...other than that, we had a great time and would certainly recommend this house to others. I did have to call the owner when we first got there and she answered right away and answered the question I had.

Pretty location with lots of bear sightings!

We had a nice time here. Beautiful views of the mountains and had almost daily bear sightings. The home is large enough for the 13 people that we had visiting. I did communicate with the property owner regarding a couple of issues we had that needed immediate attention (leaking water heater and AC issue) and she was very prompt to have someone come out to fix. Thank you for that! I also communicated with her regarding the hot tub cover and she stated that she would get a new one ordered right away. It is old and foam was falling out into the water. Furniture will need replaced soon but there were plenty of seats inside and out. Very nice outdoor patio chairs to enjoy the view of the mountains. A very nice place and location, convenient to town, pools were nice to use. Looking forward to possibly staying again sometime.
